Always provide a complete description in addition to the model or part number of the item(s) being ordered. If applicable, provide ranges in English or metric units, output voltage(s), AC power requirements, and/or any optional features listed. All equipment requiring AC power is normally supplied for 110VAC, 60Hz operation. Please specify if 220/240VAC, 50Hz power will be used.
All published prices are FOB Bohemia, NY, USA, and are exclusive of any Federal, State or local government taxes. The listed prices are subject to change without prior notice. We suggest that you confirm prices in writing or via telephone prior to placing an order.

Determination of prices, terms and conditions of sale and final acceptance of orders are made only at our plant in Bohemia, New York.
Terms are net 30 days on domestic orders if credit has been arranged; otherwise, unless payment is received before shipment, shipment will be made C.O.D. On Net 30 day orders, a charge of 1 1/2% per month will be added on all accounts not paid within 30 days of invoicing.

| SHIPPING |
| Unless specific instructions accompany the order, we will use our judgment as to the best method of shipment. Climatronics is served by United Parcel Service, Federal Express, motor freight lines and major airlines.
Special arrangements can be made for parcel post, or other carriers. All shipments will be freight collect with the exception of United Parcel Service and Federal Express unless prior arrangements are made.
Export shipments that require special documentation or packaging will incur an extra handling charge. Shipping containers are not returnable.
Express Shipping
Expediting charges will be charged to ALL customers that require equipment to be delivered prior to thirty (30) days after receipt of order. This will guarantee delivery. Confirmation from manufacturing must be received before accepting expediting fees to be sure we can ship upon approval from the customer.
Please keep in mind that delivery of standard systems is 45 to 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).

| WARRANTY |
|
All instruments are warranted against defects in parts or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment. Should any instrument or part prove to be defective within the warranty period, upon written notice and return of the unit (freight prepaid), Climatronics Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace the defective unit, and return it, transportation prepaid via UPS.
Equipment abused, modified, or altered may cause cancellation of this warranty.
The above warranty applies only to items manufactured by Climatronics Corporation. Items not manufactured by Climatronics Corporation are warranteed only to the extent and in the manner warranted by the manufacturer of such items. Should emergency warranty repair be required at a customer's facility, Climatronics will provide such repairs and charge only the portal-to-portal Field Service rates and actual expenses in accordance with our published rates then in effect. Expendable supplies and wear items, such as bearings and lightning- related damages, are not covered under this warranty.

| Equipment requiring repair or calibration for any reason should
not be returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number. The RMA number may be obtained by contacting our Customer
Service Department (service@climatronics.com). |
